You can share your delivery code with someone else by selecting our “Let it be Delivered to Someone Else” service from the follow-up link, or it can be delivered using the person’s ID Number.

Have it Come Another Time: You can pick up your shipment on the date of your choice by selecting our “Have it Come Another Time” service from the follow-up link. We offer the possibility to do this three times via the follow-up link or our customer service line.

Let it be Delivered to Someone Else: You can share your delivery code with another person by selecting our “Let it be Delivered to Someone Else” service from the follow-up link, or it can be delivered using the related person’s ID Number.

Let it Be Delivered to Another Address: You can update your address information by selecting our “Let it Come to Another Address” service from the tracking link. We would like to remind you that you can update your address within the same province and only once.

Of course, you are in control! You can receive your shipment on a different date by selecting our “Have it Come Another Time” service from the follow-up link. We offer the possibility to update it up to two times via the follow-up link or our customer service line!

It means your shipment has yet to be delivered to us by the vendor. You can get detailed information by contacting the vendor.

Once we receive your shipment, we will inform you by sending you the shipment tracking number via SMS and e-mail.

You can check the integrity of the outer packaging of your shipment. You should discuss the issues related to the content of your shipment/order with the vendor.
